Shipping - Orders typically ship same day if received before 12pm EST.
Please Contact Us for custom order lead times or any special shipping requirements.
Customer chosen shipping methods may change due to carrier pick up times and availability.
Shipping charges will not change if there is a carrier change. USPS Expedited, UPS Next Day and FedEx Overnight shipping methods may interchange.
USPS Priority, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground will not interchange with Expedited, Next Day, or Overnight.
Customers will be notified of final shipping method and associated tracking number via email notification.
Warranty / Returns
AntennaGear Warranty Guarantee:
- A 5-Year Warranty is given with our Antenna products.
- This Warranty pertains to product failure due to defects of materials or workmanship only.
- This Warranty is for replacement of equivalent items only.
- If an item is no longer available, item will be replaced with an equivalent item.
- This Warranty is valid only for the original buyer - it’s not transferable.
- This Warranty does not cover damage through negligence, accidents, or electrical overloads.
- This Warranty is void if product is modified or altered in any way.
Product Return Shipping Costs:
Shipping Costs incurred by AntennaGear to customer are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for return Shipping Costs.
Customer Shipping Costs Not refundable unless an item is received defective or in error.
New Product Returns:
Products must be in New Condition.
Used or previously installed products are not returnable as New Product.
We make no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose with respect to any of AntennaGear goods or services.
