Lifetime Warranty - A Lifetime Warranty is given with AntennaGear Brand products.
(Not Included - AG Antenna Group LLC products, Wilson Electronics, Inc. products & ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. products - Mfg’s Warranty Applies)
This warranty is for replacement of like items only. An item no longer available from us will be replaced with a similar, available item. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer - it’s not transferable. Damaged or abused items are not covered by this warranty.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless and item is received defective or in error.
We make no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any goods or services sold to you.
Warranty Steps
1.) Contact us about the problem you’re having.
2.) Obtain RMA - An RMA & Original Invoice are Required For Warranty Processing.
Satisfaction Guarantee - If one of our products does not work for your application it can be returned for credit to be applied toward the purchase of a different product - or for a refund. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less S&H. Item must be returned in “like new” condition. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless and item is received defective or in error.
Product Liability - The maximum product liability to AntennaGear arising from any product offered on any of our sites shall be the price of the product ordered. AntennaGear is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products. In no event shall AntennaGear, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against AntennaGear shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Errors / Typos / Misprints - While we are diligent to continuously provide accurate pricing and information on our website and printed material, errors may occur and we offer no guarantee to accuracy. We will honor pricing errors to the best of our ability but do not guarantee to honor all pricing errors. We will contact you in the event that a pricing error does occur with your order.
Sales Tax - We are required to collect sales tax from Ohio customers. We do not collect sales tax on orders outside of Ohio.
Privacy - We will only use the personal information you provide us to service your order and respond to your requests. It absolutely will NOT be shared/sold/distributed to other companies. Please note that in the case of orders shipped directly from Wilson Electronics we will need to provide them with your shipping address.
